1. Service description
MediVideos Studio ("Service") provides AI-assisted creation of healthcare marketing videos, including script generation, voice synthesis, image generation, video rendering, and avatar production. Content generated through the Service is the responsibility of the user.
2. Eligibility
You must be a verified healthcare professional, an authorized marketing representative of a healthcare organization, or otherwise authorized to publish health-related content. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Medical disclaimer
Content generated by the Service is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. You are solely responsible for medical accuracy, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, MOH, GDPR, etc.), and any disclaimers required in the jurisdictions where you publish.
4. User content & licensing
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the content the Service generates from your prompts. By using the Service you grant MediVideos Studio a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and serve that content solely to operate the Service. You may delete your content at any time.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service to: (a) impersonate a real clinician without consent, (b) make unverified health claims, (c) generate content targeting children without parental consent, (d) violate any third-party intellectual-property rights, (e) attempt to extract API keys or reverse-engineer the system.
6. AI engines & third parties
The Service routes generation tasks to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, fal.ai/Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Stripe). Your use is also governed by their terms. We are not liable for outages or content moderation decisions by those providers.
7. Payments & credits
The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are sold via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediVideos Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
